ASA Brooklyn Avengers Women's Basketball Team Makes First Out-of-State Trip to Maryland in 2019-20 Season

Brooklyn, NY – The ASA Brooklyn Avengers women's basketball team makes their first trip out of New York in the 2019-20 season to travel to Maryland to play against Frederick Community College and Harford Community College.

"In both games, the team struggled to score and take care of the ball," said ASA Brooklyn Avengers women's basketball head coach Anthony Dulin.  "We let the lack of offense affect us on the defensive end.  We need to do a better job of not letting the offense dictate the defense.  We didn't come out with the necessary intensity and we just need to continue to figure things out."

"I think we have a lot to work on but it's still the beginning of the season," said Coach Dulin.  "We need to keep our heads down and get back to the lab.  Hopefully by the end of the season, we'll be where we need to be.  I also need to do a better job of getting our team ready to play."

The ASA Brooklyn Avengers women's basketball team next travels to Randolph, New Jersey to play against County College of Morris on November 19th 2019.
