#2 Women's Tennis Wraps Regular Season, Trounces Concordia

BRONXVILLE, NY --- #2 ASA Women's Tennis finished off its regular season slate on a high note, dominating NCAA Division II Concordia College (NY) to secure a 8-1 victory over the Clippers.

The Lady Avengers cruised in their final prep before the NJCAA Women's National Championship, which begins on May 4th in Tuscon, Arizona.

ASA claimed two of three doubles matches while winning five of six singles matches in straight sets, giving up no more than four total games in the two-set victories.

Freshman #4 Teona Tatishvili played exceptionally well, giving up the fewest games in her singles victory (6-1, 6-2) and teaming with  freshman #3 Tamar Tskhakaia to take the #2 doubles matchup, 8-3.
