Women's Tennis Remains Undefeated, Trounces SUNY-Geneseo
FLUSHING, NY --- Lady Avengers Tennis continued on its torrid pace Sunday afternoon with an impressive 8-1 victory over NCAA D-III #18 SUNY Geneseo at the USTA National Tennis Center.
Sophomores Natalia Khakimova (Yaroslav, Russia) and Lyudmyla Lisovska (Toronto, Canada) led the charge for ASA, winning their combined singles and doubles matches by the score of 32-3. Khakimova won her singles 6-0, 6-2, while Lisovska shut out her opponent, 6-0 6-0. The pair took their doubles match by the score of 8-1.
