ASA Lax Takes Down Catonsville 17-13
Rosedale, MD-----The ASA men's lacrosse scored a satisfying road win this afternoon at Catonsville Community College (MD) 17-13. The victory helps the Avengers improve to 6-6 overall in their inaugural season.
ASA's win came by way of a team effort today. Three Avengers scored six points. Freshman Brandon Goodwin led the team in goals with five to go along with an assist. Freshman Casey Jackson contributed four goals and two assists for the high-powered offensive attack. Coltin Borthwick had another solid all-around game finishing with three goals and three assists. Freshman midfielder Hunter Curran ripped in two goals. Ryan Watson had a good day behind the cage distributing three assists and scoring one goal of his own.
ASA will be back at tomorrow in Maryland where they will take the field against #8 nationally ranked Howard. Faceoff is scheduled for 1pm.
