Avengers Football Recruiting

Thank you for your interest in ASA College Avengers Football! Before a prospective student-athlete is allowed to join the Football program, the following steps MUST be completed:

1. Submit your game or highlight film to a member of ASA’s Football Staff (via email and/or DVD)

Mail game DVDs to: ASA College Athletics, 81 Willoughby Street, Brooklyn, NY (Attn: POSITION COACH)

• Emails and/or Mailings MUST CONTAIN:
  • Your Full Name
  • Parent(s)’ or Guardian(s)’ Name and Phone Number
  • Your Height, Weight, & Position
  • Your Jersey Number
  • Your Address & Phone Number
  • Name and Phone Number of Your HS Head Coach
  • Number and Phone Number of a Character Reference (Counselor, Mentor, Etc.)
  • Your Email

All DVDs become property of ASA College Athletics – please make a copy for your own records before sending

2. Request an appointment (either in-person or phone) with an ASA Football position coach

• Appointments should be requested once a coach contacts you after submitting game film and/or DVDs.

3. Gather the following documents in preparation for your in-person Admissions meeting with Damian Jones (djones@asa.edu), ASA’s Athletic Admissions Associate:

• Copy of your Valid State ID, Passport or Alien Registration Card
• Copy of your Social Security Card
• Copy of your Birth Certificate
• High School or GED Diploma & Sealed official High School transcript (HS Grads)
• Sealed official College Transcript (College Transfers)
• Immunization Records (MMR)
• Signed Copies of Parents’ tax forms from previous year (W2 forms if married)
• Copy of Parents’ Valid State ID or Passport
• $25 Application Fee (Cash/Check/Money Order)

4. Complete the Football Recruiting Questionnaire
