Avengers Housing NYC

ASA College offers off-campus housing located in the beautiful Brooklyn Heights area. Students have the option to choose between two different Dormitory Buildings that are both under a mile from the ASA Campus and Academic Buildings.  The dormitories house anywhere from 150 to 200 students and ASA College occupies both entire buildings creating a wonderful College environment.

316 Atlantic Avenue Dorm: Offers Quad, Triple and Double style dorm rooms with twin XL size beds.  This Dorm has a Student Lounge that is equipped with a full kitchen and cooking facilities.  Located in the basement is a state-of-the-art Fitness Center. This building has Central heat and air conditioning.   The students have full access to free WIFI and cable TV.

  • Price Per Semester: $3,500
  • Dorm Deposit: $350

8 Clark Street Dorm: Offers Quad & Triple style dorm rooms.  Each room includes a full bathroom, full kitchen, flat screen TV, twin XL size beds (bunk bed in quads) and individual heat & air conditioning units per room.  The building also has a full laundry room for student use.  The students have full access to free WIFI and cable TV.

  • Price Per Semester: $3,950
  • Dorm Deposit: $395

 

Dorm Security is provided by ASA College 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A Resident Assistant (RA) may also live on site for extra overnight supervision.

 

The ASA Dormitory facility also houses a state-of-the-art Avengers Fitness Center.

***STUDENTS MUST HAVE THE DORM MOVE IN FORM STAMPED AND SIGNED BY STUDENT ACCOUNTS AND FINANCIAL AID PRIOR TO MOVING INTO STUDENT HOUSING.

 

Anyone that wants to move in on dates and times NOT POSTED must notify an admissions representative, Coach & the Dorm Director so that special arrangements can be discussed.  All special arrangements will be reviewed but unfortunately, some may be denied based on time and day of request.

 

ALL STUDENT-ATHLETES PLANNING TO RESIDE IN ASA HOUSING MUST READ AND UNDERSTAND THE BELOW FAQS/RULES AND REGULATIONS AND ALSO PRINT/SUBMIT THE HOUSING APPLICATION BELOW AS WELL AS HAVE A SIGNED “MOVE-IN FORM” TO SUBMIT TO HOUSING STAFF BEFORE BEING ABLE TO RESIDE IN OFF CAMPUS HOUSING.
